Absolute Privacy Summary: PalletGrid is a professional engineering tool that DOES NOT collect, DOES NOT store on external servers, DOES NOT transmit, sell, or share any personal data, shipment details, box dimensions, or device identifiers. All pallet calculations, simulations, and PDF technical sheets are processed strictly offline on your iPhone or iPad.

1. Data Controller Identification

The mobile application PalletGrid (hereinafter, the "Application") is developed and distributed by Jose Antonio Corrales Ortega / Jacoor Logistics (hereinafter, the "Developer").

2. Core Principle: Zero Personal Data Collection

In strict compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • No User Accounts: No sign-up, login, account registration, passwords, or phone numbers are required to access 100% of Application features.
  • Zero Tracking: The Application contains no Advertising Identifiers (IDFA), cross-device tracking code, or behavioral analytics software.
  • No Invasive Telemetry: No IP addresses, GPS location data, or device hardware telemetry are gathered.

3. Strictly Local On-Device Storage

Any calculation data entered into the Application (box dimensions, weights, pallet types, saved technical sheets, and language preference) is stored exclusively within the local sandboxed storage of your own device. This data is never uploaded to any cloud server. Uninstalling the app permanently erases this local data.

4. PDF Technical Sheet Generation

PDF technical specification reports are compiled locally using native iOS vector graphics rendering engines. When sharing or printing documents via AirPrint, AirDrop, Files, or email, actions occur under your direct and exclusive operating system control.

5. Complete Absence of Third-Party Ad SDKs

PalletGrid contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, social media trackers, or analytics frameworks.

6. Device Permissions

PalletGrid does not request or require access to your camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, location, Bluetooth, or local network.

7. Official Apple Privacy Manifest

The PalletGrid application bundle incorporates the official PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest required by Apple for iOS 17+, certifying:

  • NSPrivacyTracking = false
  • NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypes = Empty array (No data collected)
  • NSPrivacyAccessedAPITypes = Empty array
